Bio, Services Offered, & Experience

Peter is a lifelong devotee to the craft of musicianship. With a love for the diverse and beautiful, he has spent every moment mastering the many various styles of music that have crossed his path. As an upright bassist, Peter specializes in all idioms of the Jazz language  and particularly Manouche/Gypsy Jazz. With a bachelor's degree from Berklee College of Music focused primarily on upright bass training, Peter has found himself studying and working with prolific jazz musicians as well songwriters and orchestras. 

He attributes his highest set of skills to that of the overarching genre of Metal. As a member and primary contributor to countless projects and collaborations, he is considered a master and integral piece of the genere's future. With fluency and a hunger to push musical limits, he performs live in countless musical settings as an electric bassist. 

He has performed in nearly every one of the Continental United States, and has recorded or performed in Canada, Slovenia, France, Romania, Italy, and the island Grand Turk.

Peter offers the following services:

-Remote Bass Tracking (Send me tracks, I send you bass parts!)

-Live Session Bass (I will record in the studio with you!)

-Private Lessons (Skype or In Person, All techniques all styles)

-Live Performance Services (Tour, Festival, or anything else, I can fly in and ensure a killer performance)

During his time at Berklee College of Music, Peter studied under legendary bass players Bruce Gertz, Susan Hagen (of the Boston Symphony), Oscar Stagnaro, Anthony Vitti, and Victor Wooten. He graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Professional music with concentrations in Upright Bass Performance and Music Business. Upon his graduation, Peter played bass for the 2019 Berklee Commencement concert featuring Justin Timberlake, Missy Elliot, and Alex Lacamoire. 

 He has worked and performed with many well known artists such as Jeff Williams, Ronnie Earl, Dirk Verburen (Megadeth), and Steve Kirby. When he's not traveling, Peter holds two Music Director positions for local choirs and spends his time doing this job as well as other professional freelance engagements. Those engagements fall into the following categories of : Musical Theater Productions, Jazz Residencies, Corporate Gigs, Orchestral Performances, and House Bands. 

Peter has toured North America extensively with Seven Spires and is looking forward to expanding into greater international bounds.
